Pregnancy Exercise= Your Baby will move with You!

One great thing about exercising when you’re pregnant is to feel you baby moving too!  Especially in your third trimester, you will feel a lot more movement, and often when you are moving.  The baby can feel the sensations of movement and it can wake the baby, and then rock your baby to sleep.  After you’ve had your baby if you walk with a baby infant carrier, you will probably notice that your baby will enjoy it.  Babies love movement!
