Postpartum Weight Loss- Make Specific Goals

In order to reach your weight loss goals I recommend that you are as specific as possible.  For example, if your final goal is to lose 10lbs. of postpartum weight, the specific goal may be to firm your hips and thighs, tone your arms, and flatten your mid section.  When you have specific goals, it will keep you more focused when you workout and this will result in faster, better results!
