Pregnancy and Postpartum Fitness- Make Health a Priority

As a mom of two, I truly understand how busy life can be, but it’s really important that you make your health a priority.  Think of it this way, if you don’t take care of yourself, you won’t be around to take care of those you love.  So tomorrow when you make your “to do” list put exercise and eating healthy at the top and put these words next to them, “my health is the top priority!”
