Postpartum Weight Loss- Never Deprive Yourself

A common mistake when moms want to lose postpartum pounds is to deprive themselves from eating food, even if they’re hungry.  It’s very important that you learn to listen to your body’s hunger cues and see food as not an enemy, but as fuel you need to be healthy and energized.  Instead of depriving yourself when you are hungry eat nourishing foods that will fuel your body and keep your energy up to meet the demands of being a mom.  Remember this simple tip, when you deprive yourself of food, your body will hold onto fat!  If you eat small meals and fuel your body you will keep your metabolism elevated and you will burn more calories!
