Postnatal Exercise- Give Your Body a Chance to Heal

After having a baby many women are motivated to work out really hard to get their body back.  Keep in mind that your body takes time to heal* from having a baby, especially if you have had a c-section.  It’s important that you allow your body the time it needs to heal, because if you don’t it will take even longer to heal, and your doctor will likely restrict you from exercising for a period of time.  So take the time your body needs so you can start back to exercising feeling good.

*A common indication of healing is heavy bleeding.
