Postpartum Weight Loss- Stopping Eating When You Are Satisfied

If you just had a baby and are looking to lose postpartum weight, make sure you finish eating when you feel satisfied, not uncomfortably full.  A common problem is women continue to eat because the food tastes good, rather than stopping when they’ve had enough.  Keep your goal and mind and ask yourself, “Am I really hungry, or am I wanting more because it tastes good”.
