Yoga for Busy Moms- Release Tension in Your Shoulders

A common problem for us busy moms is tension in the neck and shoulders.  Try this simple yoga move to stretch out your shoulders and reduce stress in your body.  Standing with your feet shoulder width apart, place your feet 3 feet away from a wall.  Place your palms against the wall, inhale then exhale as press your shoulders/ armpits towards the ground while releasing your head and neck.  Hold it and continue to press your shoulders for 5 breaths.  Repeat the breath with the movement (i.e., inhale come up, exhale press) 4-5 times.  Feel the tension releasing out of your hands and leaving your body!
