In this You Tube Video, Super Simple Weight Loss Tip, I share how healthy snacks can help keep your metabolism going and reduce cravings so you will lose weight. Often when we are busy working or on the go, we forget to eat and this can lead to over-eating at lunch or dinner. If you bring healthy snacks then you’ll eat less at lunch and dinner and you’ll avoid cravings, which typically happens when your blood sugar gets low. In addition to keeping your metabolism going and eating smaller meals, you’ll notice that you will have more energy and mental focus. A few of the snacks I mentioned on this Super Simple Weight Loss Tip, were Kashi Go Lean Crunch, carrot sticks, grapes (or another fruit of your choice), and nuts. Kashi Go Lean Crunch is high in fiber which will keep you satisfied, it’s also low in fat, and has a good amount of protien. In addition, it tastes great and is easy to pack for a tasty snack. I prefer almonds to other nuts because they are high in fiber, and full of vitamins, minerals, and healthy fat that will keep you satisfied. I love to jazz up almonds with a handful of 60% dark chocolate chips. Bring your healthy snacks along with you in ziploc bags, or store them at your desk. Eat them when you first start to feel hungry and you’ll be happily surprised with your results.
