Pregnancy Yoga- Work Through Frustration, Focus on Your Breath

I always say to my yoga students, “The key to yoga is the breath”.  Whenever  you feel confused about a movement, I recommend that you stop what you are doing and rest in child’s pose.  (i.e. in a kneeling position spread your knees apart to make room for your belly.  Place your arms overhead with your hands palm down, or to the sides of your legs hands palm up).  Then bring your awareness back to your breath.  Breathing fully by inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your nose will give you clarity, and inner peace so you can continue the class without frustration.
