Postpartum Weight Loss- Save the Talking for Later

If you really want to lose weight after baby, it’s important that you stay focused on your goals.  I sometimes remind my stroller workout class “Fit Mommas” to stop talking while they are exercising and to stay focused on the muscles they are trying to target and tone.  When you keep your focus on your workout rather than talking with your buddy, you will work at a increased intensity and reach your weight loss goals quicker.
