Pregnancy Weight: Don’t Eat for Two!

When you’re pregnant it’s easy to use the excuse to eat “for two”.  You will be more hungry and you should eat more when you’re pregnant, but you should not be eating A LOT more, because this make it harder for you to lose your pregnancy weight.  Most importantly, you should be aware of what foods you are consuming.  Keep your focus on eating healthy foods that will nourish you and your baby.  If you are nourishing your body, you will be less likely to consume a lot of foods such as sweets and salty foods that won’t satisfy you, and will leave you craving more.
