Pregnancy Exercise to Tone Your Outer Thighs

While you’re pregnant it’s important to stay in good shape.  Being fit and toned will make your delivery easier, plus you’ll feel better.  Try this simple exercise to firm and tone your outer thighs.

Outer Thigh Exercise:

Using a chair for balance, stand with sideways with your right hip to the back of a chair.  Holding onto the chair with your right hand, lift your right leg out to the side as high as you comfortably can without leaning over.  Repeat 10 times then switch sides.  Work up to 3 sets on each side.  As you get stronger incorporate 10 pulses after 10 lifts.
