Postpartum Exercise- Firm Your Thighs with Squat Kicks

Many new moms complain about their thighs after baby.  Here’s a great exercise that will firm your thighs and get your heart up so you burn a bunch of calories.

Thigh Firming Exercise: Squat Kicks

Stand with your feet approx. 4 feet apart with your feet slightly turned out to the side.  As you pilee squat, lean towards your left side and kick your right leg out to the side.  Repeat the squat kick 10-15 times, then switch sides.  Work up to 5-8 minutes.  Feel the burn, enjoy the results!
