Postpartum Weight Loss: Working Out When Your Body Says “No”

In an effort to lose weight, many of us go full force into working out hard and end up regretting it later.  I too have made the mistake of working out when my body is telling me “no” and it’s resulted in uncomfortable muscle soreness and extreme fatigue.  Be sure to listen to your body, and if it’s telling you to take a day off do so!  Letting your body re-coup allows your muscles to develop tone.  Take it from me, don’t overdo!
