Postpartum Weight Loss- Your Belly: What You Focus On Expands

I had a client who looked great, but was obsessed with her belly.  I told her to stop focusing on what she disliked and instead focus on things about her body that she did like.  I told her, “The more you focus on something the bigger it gets…literally!”  For example, when we focus on a pimple, we pick on it, it gets even bigger.  When you take your attention away from a pimple it goes away.  So when we take our attention away from our mid-section and focus instead on positive aspects we like about ourselves along with eating healthy and exercising it too will go away!
