Postpartum Weight Loss- Personal Training May Be the Answer

If you’ve tried working out consistently and you are not getting the results you want you may want to temporarily invest in a personal trainer.  A good personal trainer will evaluate your specific needs and goals and teach you how to workout properly so you can continue on your own.  I recommend that you ask these questions: “How long have you been personal training?”  “Who are you certified by?” (I recommend AFFA and ACE) “What gyms have you worked at?” “What population have you worked with?”.  Also ask if he/she will give you a free session (or two) so you can assess if you are a match.  When you work with a personal trainer you should feel comfortable with him/her, and trust that he/ she is very knowlegeable.
