Postpartum Exercise- Endorphins, the Natural High

After you workout think about how good you feel.  Did you realize that when you workout you produce a natural high from endorphins?  So the more you exercise the more you will feel like doing it because you and your body will crave the natural high.  The key is to be consistent.  Exercise a minimum of 3 x per week (preferably 4) for 30min-60min.  After consistently exercising for a month notice how you feel if you miss a day of exercise.
