Sometimes people are surprised when they see me eating a couple handfulls of nuts or when I spread avacado on both slices of bread. People don’t realize that that nuts and avacado are what I call “good fat”. Nuts such as almonds and walnuts are full of fiber, protien and good fat that will keep you satisfied. Avacado is filled w/ good fat to keep you satisfied along w/ minerals and vitamins. It’s also a great substitute for mayonaise. So stop the guilt and enjoy “good fat” in moderation!
