Postpartum Weight Loss- Fast Paced Walk or Jog Burns More Calories?

To Sara: “What is better to do to burn the most calories, a fast paced walk or jog?”

From Sara: “If you jog or walk a fast paced mile, the jog will burn more calories.  However, I personally prefer the fast paced walk because it puts less impact on your body.  You can burn the same amount of calories if you do a fast paced walk and go a little further than your jog.  Most importantly find exercise that you enjoy doing so you keep doing it.  The more you exercise the better you’ll look and feel regardless of what you do!”
