If you want to lose weight you need to have healthy snacks on hand. My personal favorites include baggies of Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal, walnuts and raisins together, balance bars, and bananas. Feed your body when it’s hungry and you’ll lose weight! When you starve your body (i.e., deprive or diet) you’ll hold onto weight and body fat. So keep those healthy snacks with you at all times!
