Postpartum Weight Loss- Focus on What You Want to Be

If you’re working towards losing weight, becoming more fit and healthy then focus on it!  Most women get consumed with the weight they want to lose.  They even say things like, “I can’t wait to lose this fat!”  If you’re focused on the “fat” you’ll retain it, but if instead you picture yourself fit you’ll get closer to your goal.  Try this simple exercise.  Find a picture of yourself when you felt and looked your best and post it on your bathroom mirror.  Look at it often, close your eyes and see yourself as you once were. The more you picture yourself fit the sooner you’ll become fit!
