Postpartum Weight Loss- Feed Your Kids Healthy Food

If you are trying to lose weight then stay away from feeding your kids snack foods high in fat, sodium and sugar, because you’ll be more likely to “snack” on their food if you’re providing it.  On the other hand, if you eat healthy your kids are likely to eat healthy too.  Make healthy food fun by making things together.  For example make sandwiches into fun shapes with cookie cuters or make smiley faces with fruit. Make this yummy healthy guiltless treat together: blend 3-4frozen strawberries, half a frozen banana, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, and a couple of scoops of low-fat frozen yogurt.
