Along with yoga, in general most exercises that increase your heart rate will help you lose weight and increase your energy if done on a consistent basis. I also recommend scheduling a date night once a week. Keep the focus on the two of you vs. work and kids. Reconnecting on an emotional level will help boost your desire.”
