From Sara of Fit by Sara: “I recommend that you learn your body’s hunger cues and eat when you’re hungry.  Most of us wait too long to eat.  By the time we eat we’re “starving” and we typically crave fast foods full of sugar and fat and or we eat too big of a serving.  Once you learn your hunger cues you’ll notice that you eat more often but your portions are smaller.  For example, you may eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and light dinner.  Remember to eat your largest meal at breakfast (metabolism will be working all day) and your smallest meal at dinner (your metabolism will be slower when you rest).”
