Postpartum Exercise- Sexy Shoulder Exercises

Did you know that toned shoulders give the appearance of a smaller waist?  Try this simple exercise you can do almost anywhere without needing any special equipment.

2 Sexy Shoulder Exercises:

The combonation of these exercises will tone and define your shoulders and firm your chest.  Stand approximately 3 feet away from a wall.  With your feet shoulder width a part place your hands chest level on the wall (also shoulder width a part).  Inhale and bring your chest towards the wall (you may turn your head to one side).  Do 15-20 wall push-ups.  Next place your hands approximately 2-3 feet a part chest level and do 15-20 reps.  Stretch by clasping your hands behind your back, opening your chest.  Repeat the two exercises 2-3 more sets taking a strectch break between each set.
