Pregnancy Exercise: The Benefits of Exercising While Pregnant

As long as you have a healthy pregnancy and get the ok from your doctor, it’s highly beneficial to exercise when you’re pregnant.  Exercise will help keep your energy and mood elevated, reduce muscle pain and plus help you maintain a healthy weight.  I highly recommend walking and prenatal yoga since both are exercises you can do from the beginning till the end of your pregnancy.  The key is to listen to your body, never push yourself, and drink plenty of water.  When you start to feel lazy remember this simple tip, the more fit you are now the sooner you’ll get your body back after baby!
