Postpartum Exercise- Feeling Stressed? Workout!

As a mom you may feel the stress of working, and or maintaining a happy family.  It may seem like there is no time for yourself, and the last thing on your mind by the end of the day is to exercise.  The key is to realize that exercising will decrease your stress level and boost your energy and mood.  For example, I have a client who is having a lot of stress at her job.  When she comes to workout with me she works out all of her frustrations.  After she works out she always says she feels so much better.
