Prenatal Nutrition- Nourish Your Body, Nourish Your Baby

When you’re pregnant you may wonder how you should eat to help your baby’s development.  My advice is to focus on nourishing your body.  Whenever possible chose foods such as lowfat yogurt, orange juice/fruit, veggies, and whole wheat bread.  However, don’t feel bad if you have sweets or chips once in a while.  The more you focus on nourishing your body the more energy you’ll have and the better you’ll feel, plus your baby will be benefit too.
