Five Steps to Manifest Your Dreams

Are you ready to say “YES” to your dreams? If so, here’s your opportunity! Recently I did a speech for Genentech Women’s Professional Group (GWP) about how to create a clear vision of what you want, along with five tips to manifest your vision. I used GWP’s “Five Elements of Wellness” to help the group become clear about what it was they wanted to manifest along with five tips to manifest their vision. Many walked away excited about the possibilities! You too, can achieve your dreams! Follow the “Five Steps to Manifest Your Dreams” below, and soon you will be on your way to manifesting your dreams.

Five Steps to Manifest Your Dreams

Step One: Become clear about what it is you want in your life. Using GWP’s Five Elements of Wellness: physical, social, financial, community, career, ask yourself, “How would I look and feel like to be balanced in each of these areas?”  For example you may write down : physical=attractive, healthy, fit, toned, increased energy, confident; social=time with friends, date night, connected; financial=freedom, ability to travel, buy a car, buy a house, less working more play, community=giving back, fulfillment, connected; career=moving up, increased revenue, fulfillment.
Step Two: Write down your vision. After you’ve defined each area of wellness, chose one or two areas that resonate with you and write done what you want in greater detail. For example, if you want financial freedom because then you can do more things with those you love, then write down what those things would be. You may write down something like, “I am financially free. I picture myself on a tropical vacation at a beach front hotel with my husband and kids laughing and having a great time.”

Step Three: Picture yourself as if you’ve already achieved your vision or dream. If you take a moment to look back at your life, I bet you can find at least one time that you really wanted something to happen so bad that it was all you thought about. You probably pictured yourself as if you already had what you wanted until it happened. In this case, you visualized what you wanted and it manifested without even realizing it! If you can do it once, you can do it again! Take a moment to visualize your dreams-sit tall, close your eyes and picture yourself having already achieved what you want. See yourself as clearly as possible, as if in brilliant color. Notice who you are with, and what you are doing.  Take in the feeling of fulfillment.

Step Four: See yourself clearly in your vision at least two times a day. The more you picture yourself having achieved your dreams, the more likely you are to manifest what you want. A good time to visualize is in the morning when you first wake up, and in the evening before you go to sleep. It only takes a few minutes, it’s definitely worth it!

Step Five: Share your vision with others who support you.   The more you talk about your dreams the more they become a reality. Whenever there is something I want to manifest I think about it all the time, I picture myself having achieved it and share it as often as possible. The simple act of sharing what it is you want will engrain it. Just make sure to share your dreams with those who love and support you.
