Postpartum Weight Loss- Eat Fiber!

If you want to lose weight, I highly recommend eating fiber.  Fiber rich foods are found is dark leafy green veggies and in whole grain breads, pastas and cereals.  Fiber keeps your blood sugar stabilized and aids in digestion.  Through eating more fiber you’ll lose weight, and have more energy.
