Pregnancy- Prenatal Yoga Stretch

During pregnancy many women experience muscle pain, particularly into the buttocks and low back.  Try this simple yoga stretch to relieve your discomfort.

Prenatal Yoga Stretch: Flowing Straddle
Sit with your legs in a wide straddle and extend your arms out to each side.  Inhale then as you exhale reach one arm towards your toes.  Come back to center and repeat on the other side.  Work up to 10-15 reps on each side.  Added benefit: opens up the pelvis for an easier delivery.
