A lot of people say they’re not morning people, and they don’t like to eat in the morning, but this is the most important meal of the day. Of any of the meals it can be the largest. Breakfast is the meal that gets us going and gives us energy. Our metabolism starts kicking in the morning. Dinner should be the smallest meal because a few hours after you will be going to sleep, your metabolism slows down, and your meal will not digest as quickly. If you really dislike breakfast, try a protien shake, or a bagel with peanut butter, or a protien bar like “Balance Bar”. You may notice that by eating breakfast you will curb your appetite, and you may not be as hungry or “starving” for your next meal.
