Weight Loss for Women- Tip #5: Eat less more often

If you want to lose weight try out this tip.  Instead eating 3 big traditional meals, try eating 3 small to medium meals with two additional snacks.  Examples of  snacks are a large handful of almonds, a banana with peanut butter or a protien bar.  By eating small meals throughout the day you are less likely to get super hunger, and therefore less likely to consume a large meal, and a lot of calories.
