Postpartum Weight Loss- “I am 10 lbs. lighter”

In order to lose the postpartum pounds it helps to clarify your goals.  Grap a notebook and pen and try this simple exercise to lose weight and tone up.  Close your eyes and see yourself from head to toe.  Now see what areas you would like to change.  Next write down what you want to change as if it’s already happened.  For example, “I am 10 lbs. lighter”, “I have toned arms and thighs”.  Review your goals every morning and every evening.  You’re one big step closer to reaching your weight loss goals!
