When your goal is to lose postpartum pounds you may start full speed ahead motivated to stick with your goals, exercise and eat right, determined it’s going to work this time. Unfortunately, it’s common to lose your enthusiasm and fall off track. A common reason this happens is because you did not have anyone to help, support, and report too. This is known as “accountability”. When you work with a personal coach she will keep you accountable by narrowing down what your goals are, find concrete steps to achieve your goals, as well as plan of how to stay on track. With a trainer or coach you have their support and their guidance to keep you motivated to attain and maintain your goals.
