Prenatal Exercise and Postnatal Exercise= Workout for Energy!

Have you ever noticed that when you are sluggish, if you stand up and stretch you feel a surge of energy?  I highly recommend going for a walk or doing some form of exercise to boost your energy.  You will notice that when you start exercising regularly you will actually miss it when you don’t workout because your energy and mood will go down.  So when your shoulders start slouching and you’re wanting to veg on the couch, try a quick powerwalk and notice how good you feel!
