Two Minute Toner for Busy Moms Seeking Toned Thighs and Buttocks- “Ball Squat”

Firm your Inner Thighs, Define your Buttocks and Upper Thighs

The move:

 In a standing position, place a small soccer ball in between your inner thighs just above your knees.  Your arms are at your sides.  As you bend your knees to a sitting position, bring your arms in front of you, shoulder height.  When you do the move imagine that you are sitting in a chair.  As you sit back squeeze the ball with your inner thighs.  Return to the original standing position.  Repeat the ball squat for 2 min.  For a little more challenge hold for 2 counts at the bottom of each ball squat. -Sara Holliday MFT, CPT
