Squat & Sweep is a great two minute toner that will work your inner thighs, quads, and buttocks, plus it will get your heart rate up so you burn calories and lose weight. Begin standing in a pilee squat postion. As you come to stand sweep your right leg across your left leg, lower back to the squat.
