Postpartum Weight Loss- Healthy, Easy Lunch

For many moms, a healthy quick lunch can be challening to think of preparing.  I discovered turkey avacado rollups today! They are delicous, healthy, and best of all quick and easy to make! Here you go:

*Prepare pan w/ olive oil cooking spray
*Place whole wheat tortilla on pan
*Cut up a few pieces of mozerella cheese and place on tortilla
*Place a few pieces of lean turkey with the cheese on the tortilla
*Cover and melt together for approx. 3-5 min. on low heat
*Once cheese has melted take tortilla out of pan and add slices of avacado, mustard, light mayo, and mixed greens.
*Roll up ingredients together and serve
*Enjoy!!
