Wieght loss for Women- Tip #1:Stay Hydrated

The best weight loss tip I can give you is to drink a lot of water!  Often times we mistake hunger for thirst.  If you get to the point where you feel thirsty, that means you are already dehydrated.  A lot of clients ask me how much is enough water.  I answer by saying that everybody’s body is different, and if you are very active you should drink more than the average person.  For example, I drink four to five 20 ounce bottles of water a day!!  Hydrating your body also has added benefits of being good for your skin and hair.  So be sure to bring a water bottle to every workout, drink sips throughout the workout, and finish the bottle by the end of your workout.
