If you want to lose weight, my suggestion is to keep a food diary. Write down what you eat as detailed as possible. For example, a teaspoon, one slice, 2 pieces of, etc.. By writting down what you eat, you will see where you could make changes. Also write down how many glasses of water you are drinking, and how often you are exercising, along with the intensity of your exercise (i.e., low, moderate, or high exertion). You may be surprised that all you may need to do is to add one additional day of exercise. I recommend increasing cardio to a minimum 4 times per week, with three of the days at a moderate to high intensity, and the 4th and/or 5th day at a low to moderate intensity. The key to wieght loss is to eat less and/or excerise more.
