A great prenatal yoga stretch is called, “butterfly”. This stretch will open your pelvis, and strecthes your inner thigh, outer thigh and buttocks. It’s a great stretch to release tension as well as prepare you for labor. To do butterly, sit with the soles of your feet together. Clasp your feet. Inhale bring your knees up towards the ceiling and look up, exhale slowly release your knees back towards the ground and look down. Repeat 10-15 times.
