Prenatal Yoga exercise from 3rd Trimseter DVD: In a comfortable cross legged seated position (you may place pillows underneath your sit bones), place one hand on your belly and the other hand on your heart. Inhale and exhale with your mouth closed while thinking about the love and compassion you have for your baby. Continue to inhale and exhale through your nose while connecting the feelings in your heart to the love you have for your baby. Repeat the breathing exercise for approximately 4 minutes.
