As your belly grows with your pregnancy, your moods will change accordingly. It is common to feel more emotional and irritable. When you are feeling irritable it can be due to not getting enough of the nutrients your body needs. Or it can be due to your hormones, or to not getting enough sleep (I remember those days of having pressure on my bladder!). It is really important that you feel supported and loved by your partner. Keep your partner in the loop by letting him know how you feel. Express your concerns, have him touch your belly often, and allow him to pamper you! You deserve that foot or back rub! The more connected you feel to your partner during your pregnancy the better you will feel physically and mentally.
