Pregnancy Nutrition- Don’t Eat for Two!

Many pregnant women believe they need to change their eating habits when they get pregnant and eat for two.  The problem is they end up consuming too many calories and they put on a lot of weight which is hard to lose after baby is born.  Instead of focusing on eating for two, listen to your body and eat when you’re hungry.  Your body knows what you need.  By listening to your body, you will get what you need and you won’t pack on unwanted pounds.
