Pregnancy Exercise- It’s not too late to start!

Many pregnant women use pregnancy as an excuse NOT to exercise.  They’ll say they are afraid to exercise in the first trimester because they want to make sure the baby is safe.  In the second and third trimesters they’ll say they’re too uncomfortable to exercise.  Studies have shown that exercise is completely safe assuming a woman has a normal pregnancy and doctors approval.  If you didn’t exercise in your first trimester, start now!  You will benefit from exercise by having a reduction in muscle pain and discomfort, it will improve your sleep, and reduce your stress, you will retain muscle tone, plus you are less likely to gain as much weight, and you will get your body back quicker.
