Pregnancy Exercise- It’s not too late to get in shape!

If you’re pregnant and you’re afraid to exercise….it’s not too late to get started NOW!  Once you’ve spoke with your doctor and he/she has said it’s okay, you can exercise no matter how far you are in your pregnancy.  The exercises I recommend the most are prenatal yoga, walking, and swimming.  Remember, the sooner you get started the better you will feel and the easier it will be to lose your pregnancy weight.
