Pre and Postnatal Exercise- Make Exercise a Priority!

If you want to feel good during and after your pregnancy it’s really important that you exercise consistently.  I highly recommend that you added it as #1 on your “to do” list, and/or schedule it in on your calendar.  The more consistent you are with exercise, the better you will look and feel.  Exercise has an “addictive” quality because it produces natural endorphines.  So once you become consistent you will miss it when you don’t exercise.
