From Sara: “Yoga if practiced regularly will define, lengthen, and tone your muscles.  However, genetically we are all given a certain body type.  For example, I can never be 5’8” (bummer), but I can be a very fit, lean, and toned 5’4” (not so bad!).  So if your buttocks are genetically wide or large because your hip structure is wide, you can not change your hip structure.  However, yoga will tone, firm, and lift your buttocks so you can have a great yoga booty!”
