Postpartum Weight Loss- Water Tip

For those of you who read my blog regularly you will notice that I’m a strong proponent for drinking water.  Water is so good for you body, hair, nails, and skin…and if you are hydrated you won’t mistake hunger for thirst!  I highly recommend that you carry a water bottle with you at all times.  At this moment I have two water bottles sitting on my desk!  You can get a sports water bottle, in a convenient flip top and wash and re-use the bottle (s).  So start today… drink your water regurlary and start seeing more progress in your weight loss goals!
